  •   What Is the Concept of Artificial Intelligence (AI)?

            

              Artificial intelligence (AI) is the emulation of human intelligence in computers that are 

programmed to think and behave like humans. The word may also refer to any system that exhibits 

characteristics associated with the human mind, such as learning and problem-solving.When most 

people are asked to define artificial intelligence, they immediately think of robots. That's just 

because good films and novels tell tales of human-like robots causing mayhem on the globe.

 However, this could not be further from the facts.

             

                    Jeremy Achin, CEO of DataRobot, began his speech to a crowd at the Japan AI Experience 

  in 2017 with the following description of how AI is used nowadays:-


    "Artificial intelligence (AI) is a computer device that can perform tasks that would normally require 

human intelligence... Many of these artificial intelligence systems are powered by machine learning, 

while others are powered by deep learning.


                          


      


 EXAMPLES Regarding ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE

  • Intelligent assistants (like Siri and Alexa).
  • Tools for disease mapping and prediction.
  • Drone robots and manufacturing.
  • Bots that converse with you for marketing and customer support.
  • Spam mails filtering.
  • Monitoring tools for dangerous content or fake news on social media.
